Our Team.
Todd and Chad decided to get " into the garden" and turn their passion into their new careers. Into The Garden Landscapes grew out of their desire to share their love of design and gardening by creating beautiful outdoor spaces that can be enjoyed for many years to come. They design and build gardens that first meet the functional needs of a space, but more importantly, evoke feelings of tranquility and joy for their clients.

Chad was smitten with the garden from the time he could walk into one. Whether in the backyard with his Mom, or with his Grandma on the farm, he was taken by the smells, textures and sheer wonder of growth. Years of summer jobs working in gardens taught him enough to get a full time gig working in Victoria, B.C. taking care of some of the most beautiful gardens in the city and gaining valuable experience. A career producing documentaries took him away from the garden professionally but never out of it. Recently that longing feeling to be back in the garden professionally took over again and led him to Into the Garden Landscapes. He is excited to have found a kinship with Todd and is looking forward to growing their passion into a business.

Todd has been passionate about gardening since he was a five year old hanging out under his Grandma's lilac tree. It has always been a sensory attraction; the movement of the ferns, the scent of the viburnum. Creating gardens for 25 years, he has never stopped learning and experimenting with design and function. After retiring as a teacher, Todd has formalized his love of design and gardening by pairing with Chad to develop Into the Garden Landscapes. He is excited about using his expertise and knowledge to get people to love and interact with their own gardens.
